2. Classification/genre
So my genre for my TV advert campaign which I have chosen to set my
whole campaign on is about Human rights and this is what it will all
revolve around. My genre is a serious topic which means that my TV
will also be formal and serious as I am covering a very important topic so
there will be no comedy elements in my advert or any of the such.
3. Duration
The duration of my TV advert would be somewhere between 25-30
seconds, so I will have to make every second count and have a significant
meaning so that I can clearly express the topic of my campaign to the
audience of my campaign which is Human rights like I said.
4. Summary of programme idea including content, narrative, locations and
what makes it different
an idea of content which my TV campaign will have is featuring two
one would be of a different race to the other and be younger. Then the
older person would force the younger one to do all the work while he
simply sits down and relaxes but still earns more money. This will clearly
show how horrible some work environments are because this is all true
and happening and hopefully this will shock my audience and help them
to understand more about Human rights in much more detail and
explanation. The location of my TV campaign could maybe be in the TV
studio at college or somewhere else in the college and I could also set
studio up so that it looks like a work station where I will then have the two
actors act out the script which I explained earlier.
5. Other ideas
I also have some similar comparable programme ideas which I have found on
here is one which I found that I thought was similar to mine as our ideas are both
Human rights and how everyone is equal, in addition to this my slogan is quite similar
the slogan of this TV advert, my advert slogan being “ Human Rights make life fair.”
there advert slogan being “Human right #1 We are all born equal.” I think that my
slogan is similar to there’s which is why I chose this advert as my comparable
programme idea.

So like I said this is a human rights advert which I found on YouTube, it shows many
different children from different races and ethnicity and then at the end of the advert
text appears on the screen leaving the slogan which is Human right#1: We are all born
free and equal then the next part of the advert shows the campaigns website so that
you can go and visit them if you wish to find out more about humans rights and the
cause. In addition to this, just before the advert ends it shows the logo of the
and then fades out which ends the advert.
6. Price/budget
The price for my TV campaign would be free as I will be producing it in
College, Leyton Six Form and all the facilities there and all the equipment,
props and accessories are all free, so I will not have a budget to pay for
it would all be free already.
7. Equipment
The Equipment which I will be using to produce my TV campaign is an
DSLR camera, a tripod so that I can set the camera onto it and a
microphone so that I can pick up sound more clearly and keep out the
background noise as much as possible.
8. Actors and Production
Actors which I will use in my TV advert are people which are in my group
or I would use random people that are willing to act or if that does not
work I can try and contact friends and see if they are willing to act also.
9. Recce
There are various of
different areas where I
am going to film. I
made sure that the
place where I am going
to film is quiet and a
friendly environment.
For comfortability I can
put a couple of chairs
into the corner to make
it safe and organised.
The place that I chose is
right next to the
photography studio
which makes the
interview more realistic.
