Milwaukee’s Unified Emergency Operations Center (UEOC) serves as the
coordinating body for Milwaukee County’s COVID-19 response; integrating public
health, health care, schools, employers and municipal governments’ efforts to
contain the virus and lessen its impact on the health and well-being of our
community.
The UEOC’s COVID-19 Testing Initiative (CTI) works to ensure that there is and will
be sufficient diagnostic and antibody testing capacity to satisfy science-based
testing goals over the course of the pandemic. Its goals are to:
• Reduce the spread of COVID-19 in Milwaukee
• Support our community’s access to health care
• Promote community health, equity, and social/economic well being
