I’ve served ten total years working in Advanced (AH-64D) Aircraft maintenance
including 5 years platform/classroom along with Lab/Hands on instructing on the
Maintenance trainers. My recent employment has elevated my experience and knowledge
from managing advanced helicopter flight simulator sites and hands on technical
maintenance expertise. Customer satisfaction has been measurable in high regards of both
my work and abilities to communicate training availability and maintenance schedules.
The sites I’ve managed have continued an operational status of above 95%. I was hired
for the current job due to my ability to adjust career paths due to closing contracts and a
positive background with customer interaction support. My vested time in United States
and in the austere conditions of Taji Iraq signifies ability to perform under pressure. I
assure you that my communication skills with a Military customer, comes from 20 years
of honorable active duty service. Employment history has been with CSRA, CSC, and
Boeing Aerospace Operations. The positions held were as site/operations manager. My
skills as a military helicopter mechanic, instructor, simulator operations technician 3, and
operations manager are summarized in my resume.
