• Culpepper Inc./ Rose Metal Scrap Recycling & Demolition, are descendants of a third-
generation family-owned enterprise, ABSCO, Inc.
• For more than 75 years, ABSCO provided scrap metal salvage and recycling services,
solid waste hauling, dismantling and construction services, debris containers and
asbestos abatement and removal to businesses in the tri-state area.
• ABSCO's customers included such companies as PECO/Exelon, JJ White Mechanical,
The Trane Company (now Ingersoll Rand), the Philadelphia Inquirer, the Philadelphia
Housing Authority, SEPTA, CONRAIL and the area's oil refineries, power plants, and
industrial and manufacturing facilities.
• Sandra Blumberg, Culpepper's founding CEO, is the wife of Marvin and mother of
Richard Blumberg, who managed ABSCO while Sandra was the CFO. Sandra's
daughter, Terri, now Culpepper's President, worked in sales and marketing for ABSCO
for several years. The company's third partner, Sara Cerato, worked on Wall Street for
most of her career and was the Head of Global Sales for Citibank before joining
Culpepper.

9. Weight Verification process
• Our facility maintains a certified scale which is calibrated daily.
• Upon arrival to our facility the trucks are weighed both full and
empty to provide a net weight. In addition, we can provide
independent scale tickets and weights for your verification and peace
of mind.
10. Documentation & Payment
• Payments are within 30 days for each transaction. Payments can be
made by check or Electronic Bank Transfer.
• We provide customized reporting based on the needs of each of your
facilities. Statements will include date of transaction, total pounds,
price per pound, and material description.
