Dear Mr. Jones:
This contract is a formal agreement between DENTON Consulting and Amazing Imports. If
approved, this document will bind DENTON Consulting to complete the study phase of the MSA
project by Dec 29, 2014. It does not commit Amazing Imports to the project past this date.
The following cost estimates have been developed for the MSA project:
STUDY PHASE LABOUR COSTS
To Date $800.00
To Complete $600.00
Total Study Phase $1400.00
Given access to the relevant information and co-ordination from everyone on staff at
Amazing Imports, these estimates will be met. If the scope of the project is altered through the
system performance and feasibility study stages, the cost estimates will also be revised.
Otherwise, DENTON Consulting will meet these cost estimates.
