as of 2005.

construction materials; the com-
pany possesses unique knowl-
edge and experience.
The Company
5. Offering high quality product
and introducing European stan-
dards in the market, which is
key to achieving success.
In the nearest future we plan
to supply cement of European
quality to such large projects in
the Western Georgia, like power
plants, new highways, ports and
other infrastructure and civil
projects.
European standards impose
obligation on the Company to
produce only high quality prod-
uct that shall fully meet require-
ments and challenges of the 21st
century.
We plan to raise professionals,
share experience and innova-
tions with partners. Most impor-
tantly, we aim at introduction of
European standards and power-
ful quality control mechanisms
in Georgia.
Objectives
6. Construction of the plant had
commenced in September of
2013 and the process is very
dynamic. Implementation of
the project is divided into two
stages.
The first stage of works will be
completed by the end of the
current year; it implies
construc-tion of the cement
receiving terminal. Silo will be
installed allowing for receiving,
storing and selling cement
supplied by partners.
Simultaneously with sales, the
second stage of construction
works will be performed, which
envisages building manufactur-
ing line to be completed in 2015.
After test-run and PAC (Pro-
vision Acceptance Certificate)
certification the plant will launch
with its full capacity.
Project
7. We strongly believe that with
social responsibility and pro-
active approach we will create
an enterprise sensitive to pro-
tection of consumer rights and
rendering assistance to builders
to work with the high quality ce-
ment without incurring adverse
effect on eco-systems.
Only for that reason we have
not only verbally declared, but
have fulfilled the vision in the
design of the plant.
Environmental Impact Assess-
ment project has been im-
plemented in full observance
of European standards and
successfully passed the public
review stage.
The plant will be equipped with
11 dust collection filters to en-
sure air purity of up to ≤ 30mg/
Nm3 that overrides air quality
standards allowed under Geor-
gian legislation (50mg/Nm3).
We desire to bring our share in
building new Georgia and the
future Georgia shall by all means
be based on highest standards
possible.
