Operations/Inventory Manager - Cultivation, Lab, Kitchen, Wholesale Production and Retail Distribution
Responsible for all business metrics, data collection and reporting for inventory management, general accounting
and business financial planning. Also for Quality Control, inventory control, product development and SOP’s.
Assisted in the General Management of all aspects of facility operation, cash management and the following
departments: edibles/kitchen, grow/mother/veg/flower/dry/cure, lab/extracts/concentrates, dispensary pre-
pack, Vapen Wholesale and all things BioTrack. Also responsible for strict regulatory compliance, employee
relations, costing, purchasing, production planning and maintenance, while ensuring performance objectives.
Selected Contributions:
Built Excel Sheets to read data exported from BioTrack that analyzed wholesale/retail monthly
sales, purchase and inventory stock needs based on sales, plants in each stage (mother, veg,
grow) and production levels of each department (crude, clear, extracts, cbds and edibles).
Built all aspects of an Inventory Management System, including a fully functioning warehouse.
Created (from scratch) QuickBooks, including the Item List, Vendor List, Customer List, Chart of
Accounts, BOMs (Bill of Materials) and Templates (for Sales Orders, Invoices, Sales Receipts,
Purchase Orders, Credit Memos and Jobs). Used QuickBooks to do things BioTrack will not do.
Analyzed operational data and current processes to maximize overall efficiency and to help
guarantee proper environments are maintained for each plant stage.

OTC homeopathic drug packing company. Established production schedules, defined staffing requirements,
implemented Syspro (ERP/MRP system) and optimized procedures. Developed Standard Operating Procedures
