It is with pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for Tisha Salisbury.
Tisha has been worked for Senior Care Plus/Hometown Health from 1999 to 2008 doing
a multitude of duties including but not limited to customer service, data entry, filing,
training, and data file submissions. I had the opportunity to work with Tisha for quite
some time and can truly confirm that she is customer driven and strives to do the best
job she can, regardless of the task at hand. She continually displayed her abilities to
display excellent customer service, train new employees, be well organized, and
complete all of her assignments in a timely fashion with accuracy. She is definitely able
to multi-task.
Tisha is extremely resourceful and looks for opportunities to implement automation for
the tedious day to day processes which makes the things go easier. For the many tasks
that cannot be automated, she works diligently and quickly and maintains quality of
work. She always showed her passion for her customers and maintained a good
relationship with those that she came into contact with. I can gladly say that I would
recommend Tisha for any position she applies to and will confidently say she will be an
asset.
