Drill Sergeant, United States Army Reserve — 2009 - Present
Responsible for care, supervision, training and the safety of 256 initial entry soldiers per
9 week cycles. Duties include personnel management and evaluation, record
management, Instruction and implementation of all tasks, conducting daily health and
welfare checks, ensuring all time lines are met prior to deadline, communicating
effectively to subordinates as well as superiors.
Drill Sergeant Leader, United States Army, FT Jackson, SC —
Requested to Serve as an instructor at the United States Army Drill Sergeant School to
train Drill Sergeant Candidates. Responsible for the accountability, professional
development, supervision, and instruction of over 20 Senior Leaders per 9 week cycles.
Duties include instruction of classes, dissemination of information, performance
evaluations/management of candidates.
Nodal Network System Supervisor, United States Army — 2000-2009
Maintained and managed a nodal telecommunication center during pre combat and
combat operations. Responsible for the training, professional development, morale and
welfare of 12 soldiers. Accountable for 9 tactical vehicles, 6 Node assemblages and 4
power generation units all valued in excess of 11,000,000 dollars. Performed system
integration, maintenance and operation of IT systems that include CACI Promina,
Network Switches and routers, ethernet interfaces, patch cabling.
