INTRODUCTION
According to Scott and others, “Interview is the purposeful
exchange of ideas, the answering of questions and communication
between two or more persons.
 Bingham defined as the conversation with a purpose.
 Derived from the Latin word “entre voir” which means to see
each other.
It has min. two person ,i.e., interviewer and interviewee.
Interview consist of two words “inter” and “view” which means
between view or see each other.
It can be individual, in group etc.

Online interviews
• It is a mini- interview used to know the qualification
and technical knowledge of candidate.
• Interview for fresher job held at the college campus.
Job fair interview
• It is used to know more about the candidate and how he
conduct himself in less formal interview.Lunch and Tea interview
