2. With the invention of the light bulb, the role of innovation
was constantly in the play. Humphry Davy, in1802 invented
the first light bulb, but it was only until 1879 when Thomas
Alva Edison with serious research and more upgraded
development in the electric filed the U.S. patent for an electric
lamp using "a carbon filament or strip coiled and connected
... to platina contact wires’ and was recognized as the
“inventor of light bulbs” because it was only after this grant
of the patent that light bulbs were manufactured
commercially.

4. • The word “innovation” is usually associated with the
traditional imagery of scientists in lab coats, but with a dynamic
environment, it has been modified over recent centuries as a
way to survive in the markets.
• The new ideas with upgraded technology and continuous
modifications are at play perpetually. With more integration of
the world economies in recent decades, it has become a
necessity for new paradigms of management, methods, ideas,
and ways to be at dispense for the liberation success of the
organisations.

5. • The need to provide a conducive environment becomes a necessity for the
innovative ideas to flourish which are being laid down persistently in the
dynamic world. Innovation requires a systematic way rather than an
unplanned approach to realities. The interplay of selection, variation and
adaption leads to the achievement of “innovation” which requires hard
work, dedication and resilience.
• But reports in the surveys and interviews of McKinsey states that after the
pandemic, companies are rather deprioritizing innovation with more focus
on the traditional four pillars in a creative way after the unprecedented
outbreak of Sars-COVID 19.

6. The methods for the past success of the companies cannot be relied upon
due to the uncertain environment after the outbreak of Covid-19. The new
work constraints have to be constantly monitored and ideas need to be
developed radically because stable, predictive growth takes a turn in the
shadow of uncertainty that hovers. The pivots are due to changes in the
sales model, and the adoption of new techniques by making the service
available directly to the customer. Thinking out of the box ideas for creative
training, meetings and teachings over the Zoom and the large influx of
competitors in different industries make it mandatory for organisations and
people around the globe to infuse and “innovate” in the most creative way
possible.
