2. GO OUT AND TALK TO PEOPLE
the interview was conducted on
green areas of the university
the interview was conducted by
way of conversation with 2
Enterprise Engineering students
during the conversation was
observed the expressions and
gestures of the students with great
care
were asked questions such as:
 How did you fell during the course of their
studies
 what did you expect when you started
studying?
 Do you met your expectations? talk about
their positive experiences and learning
experiences
 how easy or difficult for them were to find a
job
 if you work, do you feel happy with your
work?
3. PROCESS THE DATA GATHERED IN THE
INTERVIEW USING AN EMPATHY MAP.
SAY: there are many funny
things in the university life
but you really don’t
undertand the importance
of the subjects until when
you start to work.
THINK: the university
structure subjects in my
country don’t let that the
students have free time for
work, it is an obstacle for
get experience
DO: the interviewed were
nervous about his
responses
FELL: they fell frustration
because they don’t have
experience in any job by
with out time during your
student life
4. CRAFT A PROBLEM STATEMENT
 STAKEHOLDER needs a way to get job experience
during their study life without neglecting their
studies and risking their carrier Because their
schedules don’t let them get a job and the subjects are
very hard and need a lot of concentration and attempt
 The STAKEHOLDER are college students from the
last level of your career and graduates that dominate
theoretical part very well but lack practical
experience. These people are between 23 to 26 years
old. Usually these problems occur in universities that
are considered prestigious in my country and the
students are very intelligent, responsible, young, they
work very hard.
INSIGHT: this type of problems are
very common here, a lot of students
don’t have the necessary experience for
to get a good job or start a bussines
when they finish the carrier, for this
reason they don’t properly relate
theory with practice, this causes
uncertainty for managers and business
owners who offer very low wages.
consequently students get frustration
and waste of time
