• No matter - small or big – it is mostly about people
• There are motivating and non-motivating factors in both
• All small companies dream about being big
• All big companies reminisce about being small (inc NHS!)
• I don’t think there is such a thing as the “perfect size”
• By bringing the right people together, in the right environment, with the right motivators –
we might just change the World
