Meeting Minutes 1

 Location: Oaks Park High School, Room: A29
 Group members present: Angel Bird, Amy Cole,
Fatima Batool
 Meeting minutes noted by: Fatima Batool
Things we discussed
As a group we discussed whether we would want to do a
documentary or a short film. To do this we made a table
of the pros and cons of both a short film and a
documentary. With this we also brainstormed ideas for a
short film and ideas of a documentary, altogether we
found we had more ideas for a short film than we did for
a documentary.
We also discussed what roles we would like to take on
within the group and came to a conclusion of Angel being
the director, Amy having the role of editor and being a
potential actor and I taking the role of Camera person.
This decision was made by each of us discussing our
strengths and weaknesses and the role we think would
most likely be suited to us.
NEXT MEETING
Our next meeting will take place in the same location where
we will be deciding upon whether we would like to make a
short film or a documentary. We will also be discussing the
actors/actresses that would be available to potentially act in
our production.
During our next meeting we will fill in the production
schedule as a group with roles being assigned to each of us.
Some roles are more suitable to people than others, for
example if I was to be the director, I would need to take on
particular roles on the production schedule like cast notes
or target audience.
