2. What is Virtual Classroom?

It is the classroom functioning in a system of virtual
reality.
Teacher and students can converse in real time.
It is the classrooms, capable of replacing partially or
totally the conventional education.
It functions with the help of advanced computer and
technologies like internet, e-mail, online chatting,
teleconferencing and video conferencing.
Subject experts or experienced teachers to deliver
instructions on one or other topics of the school
curriculum. These may be telecasts live with the help of
satellite–based teleconferencing (a happening with the
EDUSAT programme of NCERT).

uploaded on the website of virtual classroom or
campus and the students are allowed to download the
text, for this the students are issued a confidential
password who have registered for the class.
