and what’s preventing you from having it now

keep doing the same things and running same
pattern then nothing will happen. We ‘ll just get
more of the same pain and frustration.

empowering alternative
• The fourth step is absolute critical to
establishing long term change.
• The failure by the most people to find
alternative way of getting out of pain and in
to the feelings of pleasure is the major
reason that most people’s attempt at change
are only temporary.
9. NAC MASTER STEP 5: Condition the new
pattern until its consistent
• The simplest way to condition something is
simply to rehears it again until neurological way
is created.
• If you imagine doing an empowering
alternative with emotional intensity it works
too.
• It is important to reinforced and reward your
behaviour.
• Any pattern of behaviour is constantly
reinforced will become habit.
