Al Ghandi Auto has grown to become one of the largest automotive industry organizations in the Middle East region comprised of 5
divisions offering Automotive, Industrial machinery and equipment, car rental & leasing services and vehicle testing facilities employing
over 800 highly trained personnel in 6 locations across the UAE.
 Currently working as Asst. Accounts Manager, supervising teams of 10 Accountants of corporate office & of sales locations.
 Reporting to the Group Accounts Manager (The head of the Accounts Dept.)
 Prepare monthly MIS reports (Income Statement)
 Prepare quarterly and annual financials including relevant schedules.
 Liaise with external auditors.
 Process salary (via WPS), sales commissions, leave benefits and end of service benefits for staff (More than 800 staff).
 Assist Group Accounts Manager in preparing Annual Budgets.
 Reconcile vendor accounts & process payments as per their respective credit period to ensure maximum vendor satisfaction.
 Maintain Fixed Asset register.
 Prepare daily sales and GP report for Management and indicate to them the fast and slow moving items. This enabled the Management
to decide on the best product mix in order to achieve a high GP and NP.
 Supervise annual stock count and co-ordinate with store in charge to eliminate any variances.
