2. On the trading platform MetaTrader 5 everything you need to decide
and place trades is available. Here is an overview of trading
instruments, the charts and the account overview.

3. What sets MetaTrader 5 apart is how easy it is to customise your
trading interface to your preferences and the flexibility it offers.

4. For example, one way to customise your trading environment is to
simply click View and selecting the information your want to display
when you trade.

5. Inspiration for trades is available through the built in tools for technical
and fundamental analysis.

6. Let’s open a trade and set two related orders to take profit and stop
loss. MetaTrader 5 offers several ways to trade. The fastest method is
to activate One Click Trading.

7. For now though I simply click New Order and fill in the fields, making
sure to set a stop loss order and a take profit order as well as to
indicate an expiry date, if desired.

8. All active trades and orders are visible in the Trade Tab at the bottom
of the screen.

9. To cancel a pending order simply right click the order in the chart or
close it in the trade tab.

10. You can also close trades by right clicking on them in the trade tab.

11. If you prefer to set up automatic trading you can create so-called
Expert Advisor programs.

12. Expert advisor programs automate analysis and trading, and enable
you to think trades through beforehand.
