A ‘Swachhata Index’ for every building/ premise will be used to monitor their cleanliness.
The objective of the Swachhata Index is also to define a set of standards that can be
used to measure the cleanliness of these areas.

• Prepare Annual Maintenance Contract(AMC); prepare standard operating
