This document outlines India's Mahatma Gandhi Swachhata Mission (MGSM) in Gujarat to promote cleanliness and hygiene. It calls for awareness and participation in personal, household, and community cleanliness. This includes proper sanitation, waste management, and reducing consumption. It encourages reusing and recycling materials. The MGSM will use a digital campaign on social media to engage citizens and make cleanliness a social norm. It aims to register volunteers for community clean-up initiatives. Progress will be monitored using a sanitation index and donations can be made to support cleanliness efforts. The overall goal is to make Gujarat cleaner and achieve the high standards of hygiene advocated by Mahatma Gand
