Mr. Sven Tirtamenawi was the Health Safety and Environmental supervisor for CBI Suriname Branch
which is one of the CB&I companies in the Central, South America, and the Caribbean Division of CBI
Americas Ltd. While working for us from 2012 to 2014 Mr. Tirtamenawi proved to be reliable,
hardworking, and performed the following duties:
• Work with client to receive work permits for the daily activities
• Perform Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and reviewing them with the crew before starting work
• Perform Site Audits and making observations to track trends in unsafe conditions and behavior to
correct situations before an incident occurs.
• Work with construction supervision to perform each and every task safely without risk of an injury.
• Enforce company policy and procedures on site to ensure compliance with the high level of CB&I
safety standards.
• Work with project management on planning, incident prevention, and reporting.
Mr. Sven Tirtamenawi performed all the above duties to the high level expected of all CB&I employees.
