I strongly recommend Jason Morrissey for any job that requires quick thinking, great
technical skills and a pleasant demeanor when working with people. I had the pleasure of being
one of Jason's Manager's while he served as a skilled Maintenance Technician here with Phoenix
Closures [nc. in thp Maintenance department.
Jason managed literally hundreds of line calls for breakdown over the 2 years of service
with a high rate of resolution and efficiency, making everyone's jobs easier, by extension,
helping our company to increase Production to its fullest capacity. While at phoenix Jason
proposed new maintenance ideas with PM's and repairs that resulted in a much smoother
process for Maintenance and production improving reliability. At first, upper managernent
resisted the idea of doing things differently, but Jason was so adept at communicating his vision
that it was ultimately adopted and embraced.
Jason was efficient and effective with his professional skills Mechanically, Electrically
and as a Millwright. He also took the time to engage coworkers and Engineering department with
a genuine interest in how they were resolving obstacles. I wish all our employees could be as
kind, friendly, and Team oriented as Mr. Morrissey. I would rehire Jason where he to ever re-
apply.
