Scope of Role
To work within a team of solicitors to advise and assist the business in winning and retaining high
value accounts whilst advising the business about potential risks and appropriate mitigating
strategies.
Responsibilities:
 Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts based on O2’s own terms and customer
terms
 Drafting terms and conditions for new products and services prior to launch
 Supporting the contract management team with discreet legal issues during customer
negotiations, including advising on risk and drafting bespoke clauses
 Advising internal clients on a large project to transform the indirect partner channel
includingdraftingnew agencyagreements,managingdisputes,andterminatingagreements.
