Scope of Role
To work within a team of solicitors to advise and assist the business in winning and retaining high
value accounts whilst advising the business about potential risks and appropriate mitigating
strategies.

Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts based on O2’s own terms and customer
terms
Drafting terms and conditions for new products and services prior to launch
