Responsible for providing end-user training /support on Epic EMR applications for all ambulatory and urgent care
offices in Lexington, Richmond and Georgetown. Answer any support call questions, help end users navigate
through the system, help troubleshoot and report any issues with the system to the Allscripts technical support team
for prompt resolution if unable to solve at the first level.
2. Provide in field training support and end user coaching during implementation which includes charting assistance and
collecting/triaging user issues. Also provide Go-Live support for any offices or providers. Serves as the main source
of support for end users within their practice during go-live.
