1,000 new staff members for new corporate division in the Chicago area; Campaign

MFM Association (Media Financial Management Assoc.) – Chicago, IL
From 2003 - 2009, produced marketing strategies, plans and tactics to increase attendance at
the MFM Annual Conference and increase association membership for this non-profit focused
on financial and management executives in the media industry. Tactics included targeted
mailings, industry ads, banner ads, Conference registration brochures and agenda booklets.
Attendance increased by 52% in 2003 and over 37% in 2004
Sears – Hoffman Estates, IL
Worked with Sears corporate to develop strategy, advertising and public relations to staff 1,400
employees at 14 new concept “Sears Grand” stores launching in 12 U.S. cities; recruited retail
store managers and staff nationwide

A member of the planning committee for the “Art of Home Tour” fundraiser; responsible for
planning, securing sponsors and recruiting, training and organizing 110 volunteers for this
