Make sure your builder is correctly licensed. Licensed builders are required by law to upgrade their knowledge throughout the
year in order to retain their license. Check online with the Department of Fair Trading to ensure their license is current,

BACKGROUND
SBS Building Services started life as a building business, but developed their expertise in high quality
renovations. Living Lines was asked to work on a concept for a stylish new corporate brochure to hand
out to clients.
STRATEGY
Following the briefing meeting with SBS Building Services, we identified a conflicting perception about
the decision maker in most home renovation projects.
The concept submitted to SBS Building services was designed to connect with, and inspire the home
maker, with a ‘Life and Living’ feel and not a ‘Manly Building Company’, choosing to connect with women
as well as men. Hence the decision to refresh the whole brand identity and all collateral to connect with
the true lifestyle aspirations of the target market.
SOLUTON
We have been the architects for the design and creation of every touchpoint that the customer has
with the SBS Building brand. From refreshed logo and identity, through to signage, marketing material,
business application and tools, corporate material, website and more. All under our call to action:
