Refurbishment generally takes place in a live
trading space, and we fully understand that
it’s essential to ensure that the process is quick
and non-disruptive. Our experience ranges
from rolling programs of re-branding to a floor
by floor refresh. Our teams are professionals
trained to work in live environments protecting
both stock and customers
Maintenance
Maintaining your store keeps your image and
product looking fresh. We can handle both
planned and unplanned visits, addressing
everything from fixture touch-ups to security
locks and flooding!

Here’s what we can do for you.
Design
Survey & Feasibility (Stage 1)
Initial site visit and measured survey producing
2D and 3D CAD (where required)  members
of the design team will meet clients and discuss
ideas, themes, budgets, etc. Once we have all
the information we need, an initial sketch layout/
block model will be made and tweaked for the
clients’ approval, upon which the concept design
will begin.
Concept Design (Stage 2)
A mood board will be produced out of collated
images with sketch visuals, 3D visualisations
& CAD walkthroughs. A full scheme and
presentation will be produced including, finishes,
materials, lighting, furniture and signage with a
presentation to the client.
Application Submission (Stage 3)
We offer a full service for all types of Planning,
Listed Building and Change of use applications
as required. All work is done on line with all
information, reports and meetings included.
Design
Detailed information
Production (Stage 4)
Full CAD exterior & interior details and
specifications are produced for accurate
costing and eventually on to construction.
Building Regulation
Submission (Stage 5)
From here we’ll prepare plans for
an early submission, along with any
details required in conjunction with the 
Structural Engineer (if required) We’ll also
make a building regulations application to
an approved inspector and liaise with the
building control officer and EHO officers
in relation to the application.
On-site supervision & Contract

Retail
Bowman Projects were tasked with
converting a modern restaurant into a
welcoming furniture show room.
The kitchen was situated to the rear of
the building in an extension that would be
demolished creating a new entrance from
the rear car park.
The inside was a multitude of pillars
structurally supporting the upper level.
Inside the building there were difference
in levels from bar areas to seating areas.
Before any of this could be faced there
was a substantial amount of asbestos that
needed removing.
The store was successfully transformed
from the restaurant to the furniture
showroom within the timescales set out
from the offset.
Leisure
We were asked to design and
build this existing restaurant giving
it a new identity.
This involved a full refurbishment
including an expansion into the
neighbouring laundrette and
transforming that too as part
of the restaurant.
The refurbishment included
a full service upgrade, new
shop front, seating, bar area,
high specification lighting, air
conditioning plus much more…

Working alongside professional
photographers creating realistic
scenes for photo shoots we
can create the exact replica
backgrounds to suit the needs of
the client.
We were asked to replicate a
bedroom and a living room to
advertise carpet which would go
on to be advertised throughout
the UK.
Specialist Build
Infinity Coves
Designed for Your Needs
The Cove is constructed in a way that there are no corners, only flats and
curves, so as to give the impression that the background behind your models or
props appear to extend into infinity. Our hand built Coves are durable and easy
to clean and refresh. Having a feel of permanence, these professional studio
facilities can be painted in any colour for a range of digital media applications.
All our Coves are of bespoke design and style, whether working with an existing
floor or as is often the case working with our installed floor. Full consideration
is given to your available space, be it height, width and depth with or without an
installed floor and of course the radius size used to best suit your requirements.
Specialist Installation
All construction and installation is carried out with the minimum disruption
possible. Dust, waste removal and dehumidifying are carried out daily as
required. All framing joints and panels are glued, screwed and pinned together,
avoiding any movement and creaking of the joints. This also greatly reduces the
likelihood of hairline cracks appearing and, among other provisions, attention
is given to the blending of all joins. The construction of the Cove is done in a
way that the end result is seamless with an imperceptible transition from flat
to radius and onto flat again with no visible joints. Primer/undercoat and your
required finish is applied, followed by a clean and tidy up; finally, all yours to
sign off. Allow 24 hours for the paint to dry properly and your Infinity Cove is
ready for use. Enjoy.

  • 5. Shop Fitting Retail, Corporate, Leisure We specialise in turn key packages helping you deal with all aspects of shop fitting and your business development objectives. With a complete range of services for all markets we tailor make each fit out to suit your needs. With our designers you can visualise your store including fixtures and fittings in state of the art 3D renderings. This way you know exactly what you’re getting and there are no nasty surprises. From conception through to completion our Management and designers will guide you through the entire process, giving you a single point of contact allowing you to get on with your business. Refurbishment Refurbishment generally takes place in a live trading space, and we fully understand that it’s essential to ensure that the process is quick and non-disruptive. Our experience ranges from rolling programs of re-branding to a floor by floor refresh. Our teams are professionals trained to work in live environments protecting both stock and customers Maintenance Maintaining your store keeps your image and product looking fresh. We can handle both planned and unplanned visits, addressing everything from fixture touch-ups to security locks and flooding! Design Survey & Feasibility (Stage 1) Initial site visit and measured survey producing 2D and 3D CAD (where required)  members of the design team will meet clients and discuss ideas, themes, budgets, etc. Once we have all the information we need, an initial sketch layout/ block model will be made and tweaked for the clients’ approval, upon which the concept design will begin. Concept Design (Stage 2) A mood board will be produced out of collated images with sketch visuals, 3D visualisations & CAD walkthroughs. A full scheme and presentation will be produced including, finishes, materials, lighting, furniture and signage with a presentation to the client. Application Submission (Stage 3) We offer a full service for all types of Planning, Listed Building and Change of use applications as required. All work is done on line with all information, reports and meetings included.
  • 7. Design Detailed information Production (Stage 4) Full CAD exterior & interior details and specifications are produced for accurate costing and eventually on to construction. Building Regulation Submission (Stage 5) From here we’ll prepare plans for an early submission, along with any details required in conjunction with the  Structural Engineer (if required) We’ll also make a building regulations application to an approved inspector and liaise with the building control officer and EHO officers in relation to the application. On-site supervision & Contract Administration (Stage 6) Full on site Project Management Service is available depending on project specific requirements.   • 8. Retail Bowman Projects were tasked with converting a modern restaurant into a welcoming furniture show room. The kitchen was situated to the rear of the building in an extension that would be demolished creating a new entrance from the rear car park. The inside was a multitude of pillars structurally supporting the upper level. Inside the building there were difference in levels from bar areas to seating areas. Before any of this could be faced there was a substantial amount of asbestos that needed removing. The store was successfully transformed from the restaurant to the furniture showroom within the timescales set out from the offset.
  • 9. Leisure We were asked to design and build this existing restaurant giving it a new identity. This involved a full refurbishment including an expansion into the neighbouring laundrette and transforming that too as part of the restaurant. The refurbishment included a full service upgrade, new shop front, seating, bar area, high specification lighting, air conditioning plus much more…
  • 10. Studio Working alongside professional photographers creating realistic scenes for photo shoots we can create the exact replica backgrounds to suit the needs of the client. We were asked to replicate a bedroom and a living room to advertise carpet which would go on to be advertised throughout the UK.
  • 11. Specialist Build Infinity Coves Designed for Your Needs The Cove is constructed in a way that there are no corners, only flats and curves, so as to give the impression that the background behind your models or props appear to extend into infinity. Our hand built Coves are durable and easy to clean and refresh. Having a feel of permanence, these professional studio facilities can be painted in any colour for a range of digital media applications. All our Coves are of bespoke design and style, whether working with an existing floor or as is often the case working with our installed floor. Full consideration is given to your available space, be it height, width and depth with or without an installed floor and of course the radius size used to best suit your requirements. Specialist Installation All construction and installation is carried out with the minimum disruption possible. Dust, waste removal and dehumidifying are carried out daily as required. All framing joints and panels are glued, screwed and pinned together, avoiding any movement and creaking of the joints. This also greatly reduces the likelihood of hairline cracks appearing and, among other provisions, attention is given to the blending of all joins. The construction of the Cove is done in a way that the end result is seamless with an imperceptible transition from flat to radius and onto flat again with no visible joints. Primer/undercoat and your required finish is applied, followed by a clean and tidy up; finally, all yours to sign off. Allow 24 hours for the paint to dry properly and your Infinity Cove is ready for use. Enjoy.
