• A Doctor appointment system is an online system that
allows patients to easily book their appointment at a
particular clinic related to their issues.
• This is a web based application that overcomes the issue
of managing and booking appointments according to
user’s choice or demands.
• It should provide doctors with real-time information
about their schedule, patient history, and appointment
details, enabling them to better manage their time and
provide high-quality care.
• The main objective of the “Doctor Appointment
System” project is to provide easier doctor appointment
and gets appointment online which save lots of time.

Step 1: Doctor has to login using his username and password.
Step 2: Patient can book their appointment directly by visiting
to the website.
Step 3: Once after the doctor login, he can view the patient
appointment details and also he can update patient
appointment status.
Step 4: Doctor has access to view approved and cancelled
appointment details of particular patient.
Step 5: The patient can check their appointment status by
entering his mobile number or appointment number.

21. The internship in Zephyr Technologies was a great
opportunity for me. The experience I have got is huge and
useful. After this internship, I know what I can expect in
future career in industry. The result I had got was better
than I ever expected. As a personal experience, this
internship made my communication skills better and all
around. While doing the project I have learned about
HTML, PHP, CSS, Basics of Bootstrap and MySQL. The
establishment by itself is perfect for internship.
