Calls are logged at our centralized Call Center either through Land Line
number/email where they will be assigned a unique call id for each call.
Once the call id is assigned, Call Center would update the respective Department.
Service Team update the status on EOD ( End Of Day ) which enables Helpdesk to
take desired action.
Various reports can be generated at customer, branch and corporate level to monitor
the status as well as SLA of each and every call

TESTING & REPAIRING SERVICES
C S Technology's Test and Repair Center (TRC) is located in Delhi and is manned by a team of 5
engineers, managed by a dedicated TRC Manager. To reduce downtime, we have set up localized
repair centers in all our presence branches.
TRC is divided into six benches. Each bench is headed by 1 or 2 senior engineers. Output metrics
of each bench is calculated each month
