Presently working with ATC Telecom Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, (ATC-TIPL) an ATC Group Company, since
Aug’2008 (Previously known as VIOM Networks Ltd, a TATA Group Company). Prior to ATC-TIPL, I was
working with Quippo Telecom and was moved to ATC-TIPL in Nov’2009. My key responsibilities and
achievements have been :
Resource Mobilization .
• Raised aggregate debt of ~Rs.180.00 billion through Term Loans, Working Capital Facilities,
Structured Deals, Bonds and NCD’s.
• Reduced the weighted average borrowing cost from ~12.50% in Mar’12 to ~10.50% in June’16
through re-negotiation of terms and re-finance through lower cost avenues.
• In 2012, The Hon’ble Supreme Court had cancelled 122 Telecom licences throwing the industry
into crisis. ATC-TIPL was also substantially impacted with 20% drop in revenue due to exit of some
telecom operators from Tower sites. Proactively engaged with lenders during this critical time to
close long-term debt refinance and bill discounting facility aggregating to Rs. 375 crores to manage
cash flow mismatch.
• In 2014-15, completed the refinancing project of Rs. 2000 crores with relaxed covenants which
improved the liquidity and reduced interest expenses by Rs. 97 crores in 2015 apart from solving
the regular issue of not meeting financial covenants.
• Obtained the necessary waiver/approvals from lenders for non-meeting of the financial covenants,
thus saving the penalty of ~Rs. 60 crores every year as per the terms of sanctions
• Successfully managed approval from 27 lenders for merger of Quippo Telecom with VIOM Networks
Ltd in 2010 (which involved realignment of sanction terms) and also for acquisition of 21st

Banking Operations
• Facilitated implemention of online banking platform and other transaction Banking products as per
internal requirements . The Company has been awarded with the “Best online Banking
implementation” award from the Magazine “The Asia”.
• Every month, the company makes ~38000 electricity bill (EB) payments to various Electricity
Boards. The said payments were earlier made in physical form through Cheque/DD. I have taken
the inititative to convert them into online mode. , This saved time, penalty and cost of transaction.
Till date around 70% of the transactions were routed through online mode and the company has
saved approx.. Rs. 40 lacs p.a.
