• Closely worked on managing the execution of two rounds of Export Credit Agency
(ECA’s) backed offshore financing of US $ 700 million. The transactions were first ever
transactions of any ECA after 1998. Major areas of responsibility were correspondence with
the agent banks, hedging parties, payments and compliances of various covenants and State
Bank reporting.
