OBJECTIVE:-
 To Excel in all areas of Responsibility, to contribute the best possible in the overall
achievement of the Organizational Goals and raise myself in Core team of
organization.
STRENGTH’S:-
 Having more than Appr 20+ years of rich experience in Steel Industry, mainly
on Cold Rolling, Galvanizing & CRCA section. I have demonstrated my
strength For Stabilizing Quality management System, Strategic Planning,
Scheduling, Budgeting, Inventory Controls, Productivity Improvement
Techniques, Efficiency matrices, Close Coordination, MIS & KRA’s, System
development; Cost savings means lowest manufacturing cost.
MAIN JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:-
 During stabilizing a lot of on work were done, mainly on rolling mill, CRCA &
Galvanizing to improve productivity & product quality. Some of the important
modifications are pass line modification, making skin pass provision in rolling
mill.
 To improve productivity of rolling mill, efficiency matrix was designed for day
to day monitoring. CGL furnace stabilizing of EDD & DD Grade.
 Product & productivity stabilization in CRCA. Developed special matrices for
improving the productivity and efficiency of production lines and cost effective
procurement of raw material. New product development like thin gauge CR,
High strength steel, Stamping grade material & Panel grade CRCA material.
 We have developed OEM customers like Tata Motor, Force Motor, M&M, Bajaj
Auto, BHEL, Godrej, AMW, CML, LML, JBM & white goods like Videocon,
Techno, Value Industries, and Ezentech and achieved given targets of
production by management.
 On the basis of brainstorming, data analysis, studies the parameters and to
implement CAPA and process control with team work, we have short out the
many reasons of deviation like pin type rusty, black spots, break lines, shape
problems and others reason of major deviations.
 To review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
 To be plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and
products to ensure finished product quality
 To be done document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
 To investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
 To be collected and compile statistical quality data
 To be analyzed data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
 To be developed, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
 To be prepared reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
 To identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality
standards
 To coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers
 To evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions
 To be monitored risk management activities
 responsible for document management systems
 To specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers
 To ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both
national and international level
 Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and
procedures
 Our directing objectives to maximize profitability
 To recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information.
 To forecasting the requirements of the production in order to achieve the
production target
 To making most efficient utilization of the available sources for production.
 To minimizing ‘throughput time’ and ‘work in process inventory’. This
achieved by systematic production planning and also by very efficient
execution of the plans.
 To reducing material handling cost, which generally is achieved by the use of
efficient material handling system and also by using plant layouts which must
be developed in a proper or correct way?
 To reducing the quality cost with the help of analysis of non conformances on
periodic basis and also by suitable actions both corrective and preventive
 To be building team spirit among the workmen and also motivating by means
of personal involvement. This task of motivation achieved by designing and
implementing suitable financial incentive schemes.
At present I am working in M/s Hero Steel Ltd. from May-2015 as a Production &
Quality Head in a wide range of cold rolled steel
JOB TARGET:-
 Our target is minimum break downs, minimum Inventory, minimum manufacturing
cost, minimum customer complaints with proper team work & healthy environment.
SPECIAL:-
 Chair person of Task force team at Indian steel corporation Ltd.which is formed by
managing & executive director with all departmental expertise to act the custodian of
each and every facet of OEM/Export planning, production, quality assurance and
packing for safe dispatch.
 Implementation of TDC (Technical delivery conditions) and SOP (Standard operating
procedure) to avoid confusion between customer requirement and plant. Both the
documents help in proper communication for each & every process center to control
all process parameters with customer requirements.
 Qualified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001-2008, ISO-14001 & OHSAS
 Leader of SQC, Kaizen, 5-S, QIT, QC & other all activities related to WCM (World
class manufacturing Team).
 Involve in BIS related activities, third party inspection & all outside agencies.
 I was looking after as plant head from last 3.5 years(Goodluck & Swastik)
