How Membership Works
Membership in EO delivers value to you through events, growth
opportunities and shared experiences. Potential candidates for
membership must be approved by the local chapter board. All
applicants must show that they meet the following criteria:
Be the founder, co-founder, owner or controlling shareholder
of a business
Your business must gross a minimum of US$1 million annually
What is EO?
The Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) was founded more
than 28 years ago to help leading business owners on
their path to greater business sucess and personal
committment. EO is a global community that enriches
members’ lives through dynamic peer-to-peer learning,
once-in-a-lifetime experiences and connections to
experts.
Let’s become RockStars!
Rock Star Status is a goal that all EO Chapters around
the world try to achieve. What is Rock Star? It’s completing
all of the checks on the Rock Star Checklist. Each
member has a part to play in this success, which is
why we need the dedication and teamwork of the
board and chapter. This will mean an extra US$10K for
our chapter for needs and growth. This motivates the
current board to reach Rock Star performance for 2016.

#EOTogether
Your EO SWO board is a dedicated group of individuals that
volunteer their time and resources to better the Chapter’s
experience. For those on the board, it is an honour and a
privilege to be a part of such an outstanding team.
For members who are new to EO or have never been exposed,
it can be a bit of a mystery. This year’s board wants to help EO
members understand a few of their key priorities, some of which
have the potential to make or break a local Chapter. To learn a
bit more about each board member, their positions and their
personal goals for the year, check out the profiles and photos.

I am very excited to begin my second year as
Marketing and Communications Chair for EO
SWO.This past year the highlights for me have
been developing new friendships in a new forum,
building a brand new SWO chapter, and partici-
pating in training provided at the Global Learning
Conference.
For 2015-16, my goals are to enhance the
communication systems designed to engage
SWO members. Southwest Ontario entrepre-
neurs should take advantage of the value provid-
ed from the hard work, planning and care that
goes into the awesome opportunities that EO
has to offer them. The adage is true…” The more
you put in, the more you get out.”. Get out to
our wonderful chapter events and join the theme
of #EOTogether.

I am looking forward to my second year on the
EO SWO Board. I am grateful for the incredible,
deep and lasting friendships, the informal
advisory board, the self-awareness and develop-
ment program, and access to amazing perspec-
tives through Forum. I have never experienced
such a feeling of camaraderie and belonging
anywhere else.
For 2015-16, my goals are to attract
awesome new members to expand and share
our SWOVIBE (35 total members by June 30th,
2016), and to have a 100% retention of existing
members by delivering exceptional EO experi-
ences in partnership with Integration and
Forum Chairs.
Without a doubt, membership in EO is the single
best, combined personal/business, decision that I
have ever made. Even 23 years later, learning
through and with other entrepreneurs’ remains
the main benefits of membership. I have experi-
enced the benefits of learning and leading with
many of the leading entrepreneurs from around
the globe. None more dedicated or committed
to the development and growth of EO than your
SWO Board members.
SWO has aVIBE like no other EO chapter
and it is our 3 year vision that we continue to
expand our membership base and share great
membership experiences.Vision, Inspire, Break-
through and Evolve are the central focus for our
chapter. Have a great EO experience,

I am very proud to be Canada's 1000th EO

of my EO experience has been outstanding,
however it is the people and friendships that

For 2015-16 my goal as Integration Chair
is to ensure that all members are engaged in the
way that works best for them! I am looking

I joined EO to expand my Entrepreneurial
knowledge, and meet new people that can benefit
my business. I've learned best practices from
Forum - adapted that knowledge to fit my
business - and successfully launched the ideas in
my business. The contacts that I've made through
EO have been extremely helpful in expanding my
business into the USA.
As the Strategic Alliance Chair it's my goal
to find strong corporate partners to create a
mutually beneficial relationship for EO and our
partners. By the end of our year I'm hoping to
have an Accounting, Financial, and Investment
partner established. Ideally our partner will
provide a solid financial base for our chapter to
grow, and offer potential future membership from
their client base. Memory Tree

great new members into forums and I look

new members to add fresh prespective and
experience ito exisiting groups. My goals for this
year are to ensure good forum health within
established forums and stregthen forums with
new members that can stretch and grow the
forum experience for everyone.

are responsible for your own experience” and
“participating in EO leadership is an honor that
few have the opportunity to really appreciate.” I
look forward to being your President next year.
Forums
Forum
Your Forum acts as your personal sounding board for the situations
you choose to discuss. Monthly Forum meetings allow you to
explore the deepest decisions you face in a safe and non-judgmental
environment. Moderator-trained EO members guide the sessions,
which emphasize confidentiality, personal responsibility and lessons
learned. Members don’t give advice; they speak from prior experi-
ence, letting you draw your own conclusions on how to best
proceed. Upon joining EO, your chapter’s Forum Chair will work to
place you into a Forum, and will ensure you are placed with the
right number and mix of business owners to avoid sharing the room
with competitors.

  • 5. Let’s become RockStars! Rock Star Status is a goal that all EO Chapters around the world try to achieve. What is Rock Star? It’s completing all of the checks on the Rock Star Checklist. Each member has a part to play in this success, which is why we need the dedication and teamwork of the board and chapter. This will mean an extra US$10K for our chapter for needs and growth. This motivates the current board to reach Rock Star performance for 2016. » Questions? Contact snaimi@pund-it.ca COOL BOLDLY GO! THIRST FOR LEARNING MAKE A MARK TRUST AND RESPECT #EOTogether

For those on the board, it is an honour and a privilege to be a part of such an outstanding team. For members who are new to EO or have never been exposed, it can be a bit of a mystery. This year’s board wants to help EO members understand a few of their key priorities, some of which have the potential to make or break a local Chapter. • 9. Board2015/16 I joined EO to expand my Entrepreneurial knowledge, and meet new people that can benefit my business. I've learned best practices from Forum - adapted that knowledge to fit my business - and successfully launched the ideas in my business. The contacts that I've made through EO have been extremely helpful in expanding my business into the USA. As the Strategic Alliance Chair it's my goal to find strong corporate partners to create a mutually beneficial relationship for EO and our partners. By the end of our year I'm hoping to have an Accounting, Financial, and Investment partner established. Ideally our partner will provide a solid financial base for our chapter to grow, and offer potential future membership from their client base. • 10. Forums Forum Your Forum acts as your personal sounding board for the situations you choose to discuss. Monthly Forum meetings allow you to explore the deepest decisions you face in a safe and non-judgmental environment. Moderator-trained EO members guide the sessions, which emphasize confidentiality, personal responsibility and lessons learned. Members don’t give advice; they speak from prior experi- ence, letting you draw your own conclusions on how to best proceed. Upon joining EO, your chapter’s Forum Chair will work to place you into a Forum, and will ensure you are placed with the right number and mix of business owners to avoid sharing the room with competitors.
