Project Management Intern
 Implemented 6S Lean & Six Sigma methodologies to increase efficiency, patient and staffsatisfaction,and to establish higher
degree of safety and regulatory compliance. This resulted in an increase of staff satisfaction from 38% to 84%.
 Created reorganization maps for 7 different departments in the hospitalusing Visio to bring standardization.This resulted in
increased efficiency, from 62% to 79% in finding supplies. Led two-three member teams to implement the projects.
 Proposed improved procedures to the GI suite of the hospitalto improve cycle time of the current inefficient procedures.Staff can
now find supplies within 30 seconds. Also,identified, examined and interpreted patterns in complex data sets using statisticaltools
primarily Tableau. The analysis helped hospitalmanagement to utilize its resources more effectively.
