This report summarizes a study conducted on customer preferences for agro and health care products sold by Influx Private Limited. A survey was administered to 100 respondents in Surat, India. Key findings include: 55% of respondents preferred Influx products; 60% used Agrotech products; websites were the most common source of product information. Influx received high ratings for nutrition and slimming products. The report concludes that customers are increasingly health conscious and prefer herbal/organic products, especially in powder form. It recommends that Influx improve advertising, delivery, and promotion activities.

H0: More than 60% respondents prefer Influx.

15. FINDINGS
• In this research 59 % respondents were male and 41% female respondents.
• In this research 5% professionals, 24% business man, 22% students.
•60% respondents use Agrotech because there are company gives more benefits and proof
full result.
•40% respondents knows from website which indicates that Online Marketing techniques
work best for the Product.
•69% says nutrition is very good and 64% says slimming is very good.
16. SUGGESTION
•Company has to improve the advertisement.
•Company has to improve goods delivery process.
•Company has to improve the sales promotion activities.
•Company has to expand the business at country level as well as at the
village level.
17. CONCLUSION
•Many peoples are using the agriculture products.
•Health consciousness peoples are using the health care products.
•Now day’s students are conscious about the health as well as organic
products.
•Female also conscious about the health.
•Many peoples are using the INFLUX’s products.
•Peoples are most preferring powder form products.
•Peoples want to healthy products.
•Now we can say easily peoples are very conscious about the health and
healthy foods
