To Whom It May Concern,
Suhani joined our team during the summer of 2016, as our organization was about to
launch our new name and brand. She walked into a department of organized chaos and
quickly understood and embraced her role and function. She immediately determined
how her skill set could assist in maximizing the opportunity ahead, and as a result
became a critical member of our department.
As a non-profit organization, our resources are limited and Suhani was another
department member for us, not just a traditional “intern.” She is mature, organized, and
efficient, is willing to learn, ask questions, and take direction, and has a strong
understanding of how marketing concepts should come to life. All of these traits have
been hard to find in an employee, no less an intern.
Suhani handled many projects for us in her short time here but her main areas of
responsibility were managing content updates for our old website while simultaneously
building out content on our new website using the Joomla platform. She was also
responsible for the development and scheduling of social media content examining data
to determine the best timing for our messages! She handled the sourcing, design, and
price negotiation of our new promotional items and coordinated and managed the
content for our Annual Conference’s program and app.
Suhani is, simply stated, a star. She is extremely bright, capable, disciplined and
dedicated, and would be a more-than-welcome addition to any organization.
Sincerely,
Trish Frazzetto
