To Whom It May Concern:
Articulate, polished, dedicated and talented, 4 words that describe Saloni Gangal, one of our interns at the North San
Diego Business Chamber.
It is a pleasure to write this recommendation on behalf of Saloni. She joined the Chamber’s winter internship
program as an Economic Development Intern, with the responsibility of working on various projects that involved
extensive data gathering, research and writing.
Saloni performed with the highest work ethic and dedication collaborating with other interns on her team. For these
and other reasons, she comes highly recommended.
When Saloni joined us, she quickly exceeded our expectations by completing new, ongoing, and challenging projects
at a professional level. One of these projects was to further develop the Chamber’s Think Local First initiative. In
these efforts, Saloni gathered data from different industries and demographics to formulate white papers on the
economic impact that these industries had on consumers, businesses and communities.
On a professional level, Saloni demonstrated dedication and respect by timely submitting her projects and
communicating clearly to staff and team members. She demonstrated great ability to perform under pressure and
was able to work well with minimum supervision.
Furthermore, she proved to be a reliable, responsible, and dedicated intern, always eager to learn more about
projects of the Chamber. Saloni will be an asset to any team that she becomes a member of.
Respectfully submitted,
Debra Rosen
President and CEO
