To whom it may concern:
I had the pleasure of having Lusi intern for me for two years here at Public Financial Management
in Philadelphia, PA. In that period of time, I witnessed first-hand her tremendous growth, not only
in a business environment, but also in her personal life.
Lusi is someone who demonstrates strong leadership skills, academic excellence, and has strong
career goals. It is rare to meet a young student who is mature, organized and and goal oriented as
she is. When Lusi first joined us, she had little experience in a corporate office setting, but she
quickly exceeded our expectations by completing assignments at a timely manner and at a very
professional level. She quickly moved up the learning curve on using applications such as
Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM (Customer Relationship Management
database). She even went above and beyond by volunteering to learn more about what we do and
wanting to use her resourcefulness to find solutions in projects that I had given to her. Lusi was a
tremendous asset while she was here, and it was a pleasure to have her outgoing and pleasant
personality in our office.
Lusi’s passion for knowledge and excelling in all aspects of her life is evident in her work and
commitment to school. She is currently working towards her degree in Accounting at Saint
Joseph’s University and manages to do a fantastic job balancing her studies, internship, and
extracurricular activities. I would strongly recommend Lusi, as I have no doubt in my mind that
her ambition to excel in her career and dedication to education will prepare her for a promising
future.
