1. Jack up the vehicle
2. Disconnect the sensor wires
3. Remove gearbox
4. Remove old pressure plate and flywheel
5. Clean the inside of the belling house
6. Replace a new clutch plate an join sensor
wires.

34. Procedure to replace brake shoe
Remove bolts using pneumatic gun.
Remove the wheel and brake drum.
Take out the brake shoe assembly.
Replace the worn out linings with new one in the
brake shoe.
Reinstall the brake shoe assembly.
Fit brake drum and wheels.
Tight bolts.

• Non availability of Big parts in time
• Environmental pollution due to waste oils, old
oils etc mixed in nearby river.
• Insufficient Electricians
• Due to nearer border area, customer buy vehicle
parts in India and assemble it in local garage.
37. Recommendation
More bays should be built.
More than one electrician should be provided.
There should be a stock of rarely available parts.
Oils, solid wastes should be collected at
particular areas.
