· In 2010 launched my own company called Collegiate Club Basketball Association. This was designed to
bring a competitive atmosphere to colleges intramural basketball programs.

· Developed an online store through eBay and a website formy current company to help raise sales. In
2016 sales went up 10% just from the website and 5% from the eBay store.
COMMUNICATION
· This is a huge aspect at my current job. Communication is essential in making sure customers receive
exactly what they need. I answer customer concerns withproducts and resolve problems.
LEADERSHIP
· Started the club baseball team at the University of Central Missouri. I was the president from2010-
2013. My first year I was in sole control of the budget, management and scheduling. Over the next two
seasons I relinquished some job duties to underclassmen to help ensure when I was gone it was still
available for years to come. The team is still running to this year!

· At my current job I make sure the customers leave the store with an experience and with productthey
need fortheir upcoming season. We design custom jersey’s and spirit wear for teams around the
Kansas City area. Along with that sales is an important aspect to help this store succeed. Customers will
always return because of the customer service. My biggest accomplishment at this company is
designing them a website. They did not have a website for 27 years of business. In 2016 sales went up
10% just from the website and 5% fromthe eBay store.
