36” deep snow with use of 125’ crane in restricted air space. Developed plan to upgrade all site lights to LEDs resulting in
reduced electric costs to the tenant by 60%.
Building Engineer A (2005-2012) Reported directly to the Asset manager. Coordinated schedule of 40,000 sf Asphalt roof
rip and reroof resulting in finishing ahead of projected time with little interruption to tenant. Supervised and Coordinated
removal and re-carpet of 85,000 sf occupied office space.
Building Engineer B (2000-2005) Performed daily operations and maintenance of 104,480 sf office space on 29 acres while
complying with all local, state, federal and environmental laws. Site super for $1.2M security upgrade and property
reconstruction.
