NBA ranking by revenue contribution
NBA reps are ranked based on their contribution to total budget on advanced and closed stage. Total budget
is calculated as "Daily budget" x "90 days", for Evergreen deals and "Daily Budget" x "Length of
Campaign" for Flighted opportunities.  
Reps that do not have any opportunities in advanced stage or closed, will not show in the ranking.
