West Virginia University made some massive changes to its social media strategy in 2014. This presentation takes a look at those in detail. This presentation was given at the CASE District 2 Conference on Feb. 3, 2015 in Washington D.C. by Tony Dobies, senior writer and social media manager at West Virginia University.
