•Directed operation of the facility, beginning at plant start-up, to a business that generates 20%
pretax profit.
•Managed all aspects of plant operation including safety, personnel, operations, maintenance, and
fiscal responsibilities.
•Resolved multiple operational issues from the original plant design by working with the plant
designers, R&D, and capital vendors.
•Facilitated the registration of the plant to ISO 9002 certification.
•Worked with City and State authorities to resolve a nuisance involving odors, vibrations, and noise
