30+ years of Environmental, Safety & Health (EHS) Competency experience, the last 24 years at DuPont in various
EHS roles. Have worked in high hazard, complex Chemical Manufacturing Plants and Regional, Global and

JOB TITLE: Global EHS Internal Auditor
JOB DUTIES: Environmental Auditing and Consulting for DuPont’s Global Operation locations. Worked with the
DuPont Global SHE Audit Teamto develop the revised 2P EHS Audit systemutilizing a risk-based
approach. Have led over 90+ audits 2nd Party and 1st Party SHE Audits and participated in over 30+
more. Conducted and completed twelve Phase 1 and environmental assessments foracquisitions,
divestitures,property lease agreements; conducted 10 EHS Contract Manufacturing Audits for
various DuPont businesses.Current full time Global SHE Auditor role and with global
responsibilities for procuring audit protocols and regulatory media, leading audits,training and
mentoring audit team members, developing written reports, assisting sites on follow-up to complete
audit findings. Also conduct & lead the 2nd Party SHE Management Systems Audits. Maintain
proficiency with California Regulatory EHS issues; have conducted all 2P EHSaudits at the DuPont

JOB DUTIES: Environmental Auditing and Consulting for DuPont’s Regional (US & Canada) site locations.

 Air, Waste & Water Permitting and compliance assistance and corporate initiative
programs.
o Assisted California Sites with permit assistance and regulatory compliance
assistance (Santa Barbara, Cerritos, Hayward, Avon,etc.)
 Regional Leader for the DuPont ISO 14001 & RCMS (Responsible Care Management
System) EHS Management Systemprograms. Developed the DuPont RCMS
Implementation Guidance Manual and implemented the RCMS programat 72 US DuPont
Sites applicable to RCMS from 2004 to 2013, included roll-out, training & follow-up

and assisted with program maintenance from 2007-2014
 Led the Regional 2nd Party Environmental Audit system(staffing, scheduling &
conducting audits).
 Completed several Air Permits & Water permits for various DuPont Sites as part of the
Regional role.
 Assisted DuPont plant sites with follow-up responses forregulatory visits
 Environmental Deviation Reductions observed form the implementation of various
requirements of ISO 14001 program at the sites.
 Researched and led the ISO 14001 cost reduction program by utilizing the one corporate
registration program, saving the company $3.5MM annually by reducing the number of

Permit Application.
 Handled all on-going activities surrounding the RCRA Corrective Action Site Cleanup
Activities in accordance with the site’s TSDF RCRA Part B Permit. Successful
negotiation with EPA Region 7 per an acceptable RCRA Interim Status and Corrective
Action Closure Plan (s).
 Handle all site SARA Title III activities (Sections 311/312/313).
 Completed five Environmental Risk Property Assessments (Phase 1 and 2) for future
project construction areas. Part of a DuPont Corporate Environmental Auditing teamthat

 Good rapport and contacts within the Iowa Department of Natural Resources and EPA

 Created a “Wildlife Habitat Area” on 40 acres of site property and received national
