extremely loyal and dedicated employee who is always prepared to go the extra mile. His level of
integrity is surpassed by none. He is self-motivated and needs no supervision or guidance.
Russell is always willing to help his co-workers whenever needed, regardless of the job. When
exposed to high-pressure situations he has always remained calm and effectively resolved any
problems to the satisfaction of all parties. Russell believes in putting the customer first and never
giving up, no matter how difficult the task at hand, consistently performing at a level that is
surpassed by very few.
Russell’s career at NACT began in the manufacturing department in 1997. He was promoted to a
Technical Support engineer in 1999 where his expertise software was highly valued. In 2006
Russell was promoted to the Quality Assurance department as a QA engineer. His dedication and
value to the company has continually grown year after year.
A person with Russell’s skill set is very difficult to find. His enthusiasm combined with great self-
discipline will allow him to exceed the highest of expectations. Russell will be a valuable asset to
any company that has the privilege of adding him to their team.
