Director who has been behind the
camera for many classic films.
+ It’s hard to have not heard about at
least one of his films, whether it be:
Taxi Driver, The Wolf of Wall Street,
Goodfellas, Casino or Mean Streets.
+ He has inspired me in the ways he
portrays his characters in film and the
ways in which he handles the camera.
4. Christopher Nolan
+ Christopher Nolan is a British Film Director, responsible for
also making many classic films in which are nearly
impossible to not hear about.
+ Examples of his films are: Interstellar, The Dark Knight,
Oppenheimer, Dunkirk and Tenet.
+ Christopher Nolan has inspired me in many ways. The main
way he has inspired me is the mind-blowing imagery in his
cinematography in every one of his films. He has pushed
the limits of cinema by shooting ‘impossible’ shots in the
IMAX 70MM format.
+ He also inspires me through the methods in how he does
storytelling, which always forces the reader to stop and think
about what they watched. This makes his films extremely
rewatchable which is always a great achievement for a film.
