I am privileged to be able to recommend Ms. Kimberly Simpson for your opportunity as an
intern. Kimberly started her career with Enterprise working at the Sky Harbor Airport in Arizona
in 2013. Kim’s success in that role led her to her promotion to my team in the Contact Center as
a Reservation Sales Representative. Kim and I spent just over a year working together to where
her quick success in our department led her to yet another promotion to our Callbacks team. I
hope you see what I have witnessed with Kim during our time together and give her the
opportunity to represent your company like she has represented Enterprise over the years. I am
certain Kim is prepared to accept her next challenge with the internship your company is
providing.
Some of the key attributes I believe are important to share is Kim’s personality, team work, work
ethic, success and her willingness to apply feedback given by her managers. Kim has an
infectious personality. Kim is always positive regardless of the situation and is one to help spread
the positive vibes across to her team. Kim quickly became successful in our department often
hitting our bonus structures on a month to month basis. This led Kim to taking on more of a
leadership role by helping conduct meetings with me and also sharing feedback that she has
learned amongst her teammates to help drive their performance up. One of the things I admired
most about Kim was when given feedback by myself you could be certain that should would
apply that feedback on her future calls which ultimately helped her learning curve.
It is a pleasure to recommend Kim for the current internship. Kim has shown us all she is capable
of accomplishing any task be it old or new with a wonderful attitude. She does an exceptional job
working with her team or individually and consistently looks to make those around her better.
