1- Supervision of Health, Safety, Environment and Security activities and reporting of related performance.
2- Participation in Risk Assessment, HEMP and Safety Analysis Studies dedicated to the work environment while
ensuring compliance with OHSAS18001, ISO 14001, ISO 9000.
3- Managing and ensuring that an inventory of major Occupational Hazards to PEAR in all Critical activities are IACR.
4- Organizing workshops, tool box meetings, safety drills and Seminars aimed at reducing occupational
accident/incidents.
5- Procurement/ education of the use of standard PPE’s/ Health and Safety kits in specific work environments.
6- Supervisory roles and stimulation of corrective actions, policy formulations and reviews, while ensuring strict
adherence to safety standards.
7- To foster continuous performance improvement (CPI) as well as demonstrate ALARP.
8- To ensure good housekeeping while identifying all near miss, unsafe acts and conditions.
