AON-Hewitt is one of the reputed clients for ITC Info Tech, and Zlinux is one of the Biggest project in AON-Hewitt,
moving around 1600 databases from 63 Solaris servers to Zlinux servers . This Project mainly deals with database Migrations
from Solaris to Zlinux servers as per the schedules and has different streams like AITS, Consulting, Benefits and HRBPO. I was
into AITS. I did more than 600 + database Migrations on different lifecycles. All these databases belong to different applications
like Informatica, Cognos, User Admin, SURVEYLIB etc. Zlinux environment is more Cost savings of approximately $900K
annually, improved operations management and improved reliability and scalability.
