 IT Product and Services sector have higher fixed pay, around 90%.
 Participating IT Product and BFSI - Offshore companies hire entry level talent from Tier A+ campuses
for high-end technology roles.
 Participating IT Product companies not only pay significantly higher salaries for IT roles at entry level,
but also for functional roles like HR, Sales/Marketing & Operations over other industry verticals.
 Participating companies pay similar salaries to Engineering and Management post graduates across
each tier of college.

whereas sponsoring Higher Education is typically the most common strategy to retain talent across IT
roles.
 Participating Consumer Business & Retail companies typically offer significantly higher benefits
compared to other industry sectors.
 20% of participating companies Wellness as a benefit is provided by the participating companies
 35% of participating BFS sector companies provide higher education as a benefit
 Among participating companies, Manufacturing sector provides vehicle loan/ assistance as a benefit
